"I have been a State Farm customer for many years and there is a very good reason for that. My agent and her office staff. Period. Never in all the years I have been with them have I ever called and not been given exactly what I need and always have felt that my problem, is their problem. Explaining home owners coverage and insurance is difficult to understand but they have always been there to explain everything and give me options for coverage that make sense for I what I need. They have always prioritized our needs and have never failed us. I have home and auto policies bundled and also cover 2 young adult drivers that attend college in 2 different states. That being said... you can imagine there have been times when I or my children have needed to have a car towed and when I couldn't get it done in a timely manner through the app, I have called my agent's office. It doesn't matter who answers the phone, it has been taken care of, keeping my kids safe and off the side of the road, out of unnecessary danger. A recent situation would have put my daughter on the side of a road for over 12 hours. I found a tow company within 10 minutes of her but they would not come until they had authorization from State Farm. So at 4:30pm I called my agent's office and within minutes an agent had called personally verifying and giving authorization and didn't leave the office until they knew a tow truck was en route to my daughter, 950 miles away from home. That is what Terra Bache and her staff are like. That is the kind of customer service they give to their customers. It was important to Angella that my daughter was set up and was going to be brought to safety and she wasn't going to leave the office because it was the end of her work day. She wasn't leaving the office until she knew my daughter was taken care of. I have been traveling and needed information that I could not access right away and sure enough, I call their office and someone is right there to send me whatever I need. I have never been let down by any of the people working in that office. Every single one of them has gone above and beyond to take care of our family and that is worth any amount of money in the world. There are many more examples I could share but if you are in need of insurance, all be it home or auto then I would encourage you to seek out Terra Bache as your agent and insure yourself with State Farm.
